Define SpacePAL’s brand voice by creating a collection of content for their website, social media and staff that fosters consistency across the brand and a strong connection with their target audience.
As a new business, SpacePAL knew who they wanted to be but weren’t quite sure on the best way to communicate that with their audience. By getting to know their target market, their USPs and goals for their business, we created a Brand Voice Guide for SpacePAL that would help them remain consistent and send a cohesive message to their audience.
It was important to convey the light-hearted and helpful nature of the brand while still ensuring their professionalism, expertise and confidence in their product came through. We developed a catchy tagline – Live Lighter. Store Smarter – that worked to summarise both SpacePAL’s service and their mission, an elevator pitch that made it easy for every team member to clearly and confidently communicate the service and an About Us that not only encapsulated the ‘what’ of the business, but also the ‘why’.
For SpacePAL’s LinkedIn and Facebook profiles, we wrote unique profiles suited to the audience of each social media network that seamlessly blended information to make the brand credible, their personality and marketing copy to entice customers to use the revolutionary service.
